What makes your classes unique?


  1. We provide you with a personalized coaching experience in a group setting. That means we watch your form, provide correction and alter our classes to meet your needs.

  2. No pricey memberships or long-term contracts. We are here to complement your fitness routine and active lifestyle, not to replace the activities or other classes that might bring you joy and personal wellness.

  3. Certified instructors - all of our staff are certified and in some cases have specialized knowledge (e.g. yoga, kettlebell training) that we will share with you. Our goal is to share our collective passionate and knowledge with you to help you reach your fitness goals.

  4. Referral incentives - invite a friend to join a free online class. If they sign up for future classes, you automatically get a free class to show our appreciation. It's that easy!

  5. We offer a welcoming and judgement-free environment that makes you feel like more than just a member, but rather like you're part of a community.




Plans and pricing


We have two different pricing options:

  1. Class Pass
    Our plans offer classes for less than a latte
  2. Single Pass $12/class - for the times you're not quite ready to commit, but still want to attend a class. Click "Book" and select the single pass option to proceed.




What type of equipment do I need?


Nothing at all! We provide all of the equipment.




I'd like to attend a class, how do I get started?


If you're new to Haysboro Fit please send us an email or give us a call to receive a complimentary class. If you're an existing member book your class online using our online system. You will need to login using either a active email or a social media account (e.g. Facebook, Google).




Tips to prepare for your class


If you're new to our in-person classes we ask that you please fill out a Health History Form before attending your first class, and a COVID-19 Form before each class you attend.

Please ensure you bring an exercise/yoga mat and a bottle of water to class.

Please note, your Health History Form is only required once per year, so if you've already filled the form out in 2020/2021 you're good to go.

What type of equipment do I need?


We ask participants to have:
- a yoga or exercise mat
- a water bottle; and
- comfortable training gear When you receive your confirmation email we will outline if any additional equipment is required (e.g. weights, straps, blocks*). We understand that not all participants may have the required equipment for a class, so we provide body-weight options and alternatives when possible. Our goal is to make our classes accessible to all skills and abilities. *Get creative! You can use household items (e.g. soup cans, milk jugs filled with water, leashes, belts) to substitue most equipment.




I'd like to attend a virtual class, how do I get started?

How do I connect into a virtual class?


We use Google Meet for all our online classes. It's free and you can join us on your mobile phone, computer or tablet. Google Meet can be found on the Apple Store and Google Play Store. If you're having any issues connecting please text 403-305-2868 and a Haysboro Fit team member will do there best to help you with any issues you're experiencing




Tips to prepare for your class


We ask all participants to log in at least 5 minutes before class start time, so that we can all get acquainted and start class on time. Out of respect for all participants we ask everyone to mute their microphone during the class. You can elect to turn your camera off, however, we recommend leaving it on because it's helpful for us to see you so that they can provide suggestions, adjustments and cheer you on.
