Come and explore the benefits of mindfulness meditation and be part of a local community of meditations. In each session, you will be led through a guided meditation practice focused on a different theme or story. Following this group practice participants can expect an individual energy healing followed by a group gratitude circle.
No previous experience with meditation is required; new and experienced meditators are welcome. Regular attendance is recommended to ensure you can fully enjoy the benefits of mindfulness practice.
