AS OF SEPTEMBER 20, 2021 we will require PROOF OF FULL VACCINATION IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN classes AT THE haysboro fit STUDIO.
The Government of Alberta's announcement on September 15th regarding a Restrictions Exemption Program will not change our vaccine policy or how we proceed with its implementation. We will continue to ask members to show verification of full vacation (two shots) as noted below. The timing of our policy's implementation, however, will change from the previously communicated date of October 2nd to September 20th. This is to ensure alignment with the Government of Alberta's new rules and regulations. This means all members will be required to provide their full record on or by September 20, 2021. Please note, we will not accept a negative covid-19 test or a verification of a single vaccination.

We pride ourselves on delivering safe, inclusive, and affordable services; however, we have been told by our members that they may not feel safe practicing indoors due to the recent surge in covid-19 cases in Alberta. We understand and sympathize; we too want to keep our staff, family, and community safe. As a small business, we must also consider the long-term impact of the pandemic on our business. We can not afford to shut down our studio without subsequently increasing fees and making scheduling changes that would impact members and ultimately make our services unaffordable. With this in mind, and with the greatest amount of respect and kindness for our community, we are asking all members to provide verification of full vaccination by September 20, 2021. A full vaccine record must be accompanied by Government ID for identity verification purposes.
We will only ask for this information one time, at which point we will record it on your account. We will not be keeping or holding on to any member's health information.
To recap, we would like all members to please provide one of the following:
Alberta MyHealth vaccination record, card, or print out for 2nd vaccine shot; or
Official immunization record from a provincial health authority (e.g. AHS) for a 2nd vaccine shot; or
An equivalent document of vaccination verified from another province or country for a 2nd vaccine shot of an approved Health Canada vaccine.
We will only provide exemptions for individuals unable to be vaccinated due to a valid medical condition. We require a signed letter from a registered physician requesting an exemption (we do not require specific details on the medical condition). Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with this information should you require an exemption.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
We have implemented a strict 2-hour cancellation and reschedule policy for all services. If you know you are unable to attend an online class or session, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your booking online or via the Haysboro Fit Wix App (details below).

Please note, while we would have loved to have developed our own app (maybe one day!), you will need to dowload the Wix App to access Haysboro Fit's mobile site. Online members' area
For those of you that have purchased plans in the past, you'll know that we've always asked you to register to our members' area. You can access your member account via the login button next to the main menu and quickly:
Re-book a session without re-entering your details
Cancel an upcoming booking
Reschedule a booking (if the service is not part of a plan or pack)
Check the time, location, and payment details of a booking
GROUP FITNESS: If you cancel or reschedule your reservation less than 4 hours prior to the start of your scheduled class, or do not show up, we consider it a "Late Cancel", and may deduct one (1) class from your account.
PERSONAL, COHORT & MEMBERSHIP TRAINING: If you cancel or reschedule less than 4 hours prior to the start of your session, we may deduct one (1) session from your account.
