FEBRUARY 2021 UPDATE

Beginning Monday, February 8th we will resume one-on-one personal training and cohort semi-private training services in accordance with changes made by the Government of Alberta. 

 

If you are a personal training or cohort semi-private training pass holder, we will contact you directly to discuss the next steps. In the interim, please familiarize yourself with the in-studio protocols noted below.

 

Group training classes will continue to be hosted online until mid-April or until such time as we can move outdoors and/or in-studio. Please check the class schedule often and/or follow us on Instagram and Facebook for the most up to date details on scheduled classes

Invite a friend (or two!) to a FREE Haysboro Fit online class. If they sign-up for future classes we will automatically add a FREE class to your account to show our appreciation. You can invite as many people as you'd like - there are no limits! It's a win-win.

In-studio protocols
 

The health and safety of our community is of the utmost importance. That's why we've made the POST promise and implemented the following protocols and practices in accordance with Alberta Health Services’ guidelines.

Enhanced cleaning

We've always prioritized cleanliness, but now we've taken it up a notch. We only use Health Canada approved disinfectant & sanitizer before, during and after each session. 

All high touch surfaces (e.g. flooring, equipment) are disinfected immediately following each session and the studio is thoroughly disinfected on a weekly basis. 

COVID-19 form

Prior to each session, you will be required to fill out a COVID-19 form. The information you disclose is kept confidential and retained for 2 weeks before being deleted from our system.

New clients are also required to submit a Health History form. The information you share with us is utilized to help make your experience as safe and enjoyable as possible. 

What to bring

Please ensure you arrive in your workout clothing; at this time access to the bathroom is reserved for staff use only.. We recommend only bringing the essentials including: 

  • an exercise mat; 

  • training shoes and/or socks; 

  • a filled water bottle; and 

  • towel

There's room to hang your coat and bag and needed. Check out our studio photos to get acquainted with the space.

When to arrive and what to expect

Please arrive at the studio a minimum of 5 minutes before your session's start time. A face covering is required when entering and exiting the studio and can be removed once your session begins.

Prior to entering the studio, please sanitize your hands at the front door using the hand sanitizer provided. Your trainer will check your temperature using a non-invasive forehead thermometer upon entering the studio. In the event your temperature is over 37.8C, your session will be cancelled and a make-up session can be made at a later time. We ask that you wear socks or clean indoor runners at all times when you’re in the studio.

 

Please note, instructors are mandated by the Government of Alberta to wear a face-covering for the duration of your session.

 

During your session, a minimum of 3 meters distance must be maintained between the instructor and client or household cohort (only applicable to cohort training).

After Your Session

Please sanitize your hands after your session is complete using the hand sanitizer available and place your mask back on while you get ready to depart. 

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
We have implemented a strict 4-hour cancellation and reschedule policy for all services. If you know you are unable to attend an online class or session, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your booking online or via the Haysboro Fit Wix App (details below). We do not accept bookings, cancellations or rescheduling over the phone or email.

  • Book appointments and/or classes at the click of a button*

  • Read and comment on our posts

Please note, while we would have loved to have developed our own app (maybe one day!), you will need to dowload the Wix App to access Haysboro Fit's mobile site. The link below will redirect you to download the app via Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Once you've downloaded the app all you need to do is log-in and start booking sessions!

Online members' area

For those of you that have purchased plans in the past, you'll know that we've always asked you to register to our members' area. You can access your member account via the login button next to the main menu and quickly:

  • Re-book a session without re-entering your details

  • Cancel an upcoming booking

  • Reschedule a booking (if the service is not part of a plan or pack)

  • Check the time, location, and payment details of a booking

GROUP FITNESS: If you cancel or reschedule your reservation less than 4 hours prior to the start of your scheduled class, or do not show up, we consider it a "Late Cancel", and may deduct one (1) class from your account. 


PERSONAL, COHORT & MEMBERSHIP TRAINING: If you cancel or reschedule less than 4 hours prior to the start of your session,  we may deduct one (1) session from your account.
